Where customers slip away

Cheapest fix first. Each one is something you can start this week.

  1. 1Event inquiries that don't book

Worth about $324 a month if you win back 20%.

Reply to every event inquiry the same day with a price, what's included, and two open dates.

    When we run it

An instant reply with packages and a booking link, then follow-ups until they book or say no.

  2. 2First-timers who never come back

    Free to start

  3. 3Empty seats from no-shows

    Low cost

  4. 4Past students who drifted away

Worth about $275 a month if you win back 20%.

    When we run it

A seasonal win-back text and email with the new class calendar, using words you approve.

The cheapest way to fill up

  1. 1

Plug the leaks: about +$1,187 a month

No new ad spend. These customers already found you.

  2. 2

Ads for the rest: about 101 new student seats a month

The most we'd pay to win one is $13. That means an ad budget of up to $1,321 a month. You pick the real number, and we stop anything that costs more.

Don't know what a new customer costs you now? We can work it out from your ad accounts on the call.

  3. 3

Check your prices: a 5% raise is +$1,098 a month

That's on today's volume. Worth testing once you're busier.

All in: about $6,730 a month more, and about $3,702 of that is profit, before any ad spend.

How we did the math +
  • Room = classes x seats x 4.33 weeks.
  • Full = booked seats that showed up. No-shows don't count as full.
  • First-timers who return count as one more seat each. Lapsed students count once, spread over a year.
  • Private events are counted on their own, since they usually run outside class time.
  • Each leak counts only 20% as winnable. Leaks are filled cheapest first, and never past your busy limit.
  • Ad limit: we'd spend at most 33% of a new customer's first-year profit to win them.
  • These are estimates from your numbers, not a promise. On the call, we check them against your real data.
