Privacy and texting terms

What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone (if you give it), business name, and the numbers you enter in our missed-call calculator.

How the site gets used: pages viewed, buttons clicked and how far people scroll, through analytics tools. We may also record anonymous visits to see where the site gets confusing. Anything you type into a form is hidden in those recordings. None of it is collected if you opt out below or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

If you become a client: the business information and account access you choose to give us, as described in your agreement.

How we use it

To send what you asked for, like your report or playbook, and a short series of follow-up emails you can stop any time.

To reply to you and, if you book a call, to prepare for it.

To improve our site and our tools.

We do not sell your information for money.

Ads and pixels

We may use Google and Meta tools to measure our ads and show ads to people who visited our site. That can count as "sharing" under some state laws. You can opt out below, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals from your browser.

Text messages

If you ask us to text you something, like a playbook link, your missed-call number or your website report, we text it to you once.

We only send other texts if you checked a box that says: "Also text me tips and offers from OPER8. Up to 4 texts a month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent isn't required to buy anything." Or, in the detailed calculator: "Yes, OPER8 can text me about my report and my call. Up to 4 texts a month. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. This is not required to get my report."

We don't share or sell your mobile number or your texting consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share with

Service providers that help us run OPER8, like our email, hosting, analytics and booking tools, only as needed to provide the service.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email. Reply STOP to any text. Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us (our contact email is added here before launch).
